The marks are a data visualization representation of each designer featured in the exhibition. The students answered a survey, and each visual component of the mark corresponds to a different answer to the questions. The result is a system of marks that are personalized to each designer, representing the diverse sensibilities that makes this group unique.
I worked in collaboration with Hannah Welburn, and Ben Van Cleave.
The required materials for this project were invitations, posters, a gallery map, and key to the marks. Each student was given a set of a dozen invitations with their own individual mark on the back and a personalized pin featuring their mark.
